WALTER DZIEMIAN
Captain Walter Dziemian has been in volunteer EMS since 1994 and worked as an auxiliary member of the NYPD Emergency Services Unit for 20 years. He has been a member of RVAC for 3 years. Captain Dziemian is the facilities manager at the LeFrak Center at Prospect Park, a 74 million dollar facility.
KATHLEEN SEXTON
Lt. Sexton has been a member of Ridgewood Volunteer Ambulance Corps for 15 years. She has worked in the emergency medical services for more than 20 years and previously served as the captain at Ridgewood Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
James Price
Lt Price has been volunteering in EMS since 1999 and has been with Ridgewood VAC for over 10 years. Lt Price is the Health and Safety Director for Upsilon Ventures who oversees the EMS and Security for small and large scale events throughout the New York along with conducting threat assessments and obtaining city permits. Lt Price has earned the distinguished rank of Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America.
SEAN GRAVES
Mr. Graves has more than 17 years of healthcare experience, as an active Emergency Medical Technician, Educator, and administrator. Mr. Graves currently serves as a member of the New York City Regional Medical Advisory Committee (REMAC), the New York City Regional Emergency Medical Services Council (REMSCO) where he is a member of the Training and Education and Protocol committee. Mr. Graves also is the Chairperson of the New York State Volunteer Ambulance and Rescue Association (NYSVARA) Legislative and Governmental Affairs committee, where he actively engages State legislators for the betterment of EMS throughout the State of New York. In the past, Mr. Graves served on NYC Mission: Lifeline Stroke Systems of Care Prehospital Technical Advisory Group, as an item writer for the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians examination in Columbus, Ohio and in 2016 was awarded the prestigious Educator of Excellence award by The New York City Regional Emergency Medical Service Council.

MATTHEW TIRSCHWELL
Matthew Tirschwell received his EMT license in 1992 and has been involved in volunteer EMS exclusively. In addition to his EMT credentials, Matthew is a volunteer firefighter, the owner of an architectural lighting design firm that bears his name, and the president of EMS Access Inc, a not-for-profit providing leadership and management support to volunteer EMS agencies operating in the five boroughs.
JESUS RODRIGUEZ
Jesus D. Rodriguez is the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Ridgewood Volunteer Ambulance Corps. As Chairman he is the Chief Executive Officer of the organization. He has served in this capacity since January 1st, 2018. He is tasked with the responsibility of making sure the organization succeeds as a whole and that the wishes of the membership are carried out. As Chairman along with the board of Directors he has been instrumental in making sure that the Organization continues to fulfill its Mission to our Communities. Chairman Rodriguez has been an EMT since 2008 and has been involved in EMS since 2005. He has been a member of the organization since 2012 and additionally is an active life time member of RVAC. In the past he has served in various leadership roles such as Lieutenant of Operations and Captain of the organization. Chairman Rodriguez is also a CPR instructor and enjoys training new recruits on the Ambulance. Aside from EMS Chairman Rodríguez owns a small IT/Security integration business and also sits on the Board of another nonprofit organization.
